7Burn Free Burning Software (SevenBurn) is designed to work properly under Windows® 7 operating system through IMAPIv2 that enables to use any support for writing discs including Blu-Ray.
IMAPI2 is not supported on old systems but in some cases you need to install this update: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/KB9327167Burn addition to writing any file on any media has a tool for creating and writing image files in various formats and Erase RW discs.
