Whatever designation may be........... first of all our target should be recognisation of our work namely SYSTEM. Presently we have no official designation. Administrator of India Post use ourselve with different designation as per their requirement. In case of any fault of our work (System), they issue charge sheet with mother designation "PA". Hence myself think the post of Sys Asstt. with GP-4200/- will be 1000 times better than present unofficial designation like"Sys Admn., Sys Manager, DSM etc. If Department identified ourselve as any designation like System, Memo of Distribution of Work, service & conduct rule regarding System Work will automatically be prepared. Don't loose ur concentration, Plz united all.

THIS IS THE PRACTICAL REALITY. EVENTHOUGH REALITY IS BITTER WE HAVE TO ACCEPT IT. LET US CREATE A GROUND TO FIGHT. THEN WE WILL FIGHT. THAT SHOULD THE TACTICAL APPROACH RIGHT NOW.
