SEMINAR WILL BE ON 21.11.2009
ALL INDIA SEMINAR ON " Technology Sweep in Department of Posts - Present & Future Vision - Challenges Before the Management and Staff - Role of System Administrators" is resheduled for 21.11.2009 instead of 7.11.2009.
Shri.S.Samant Postal Services Board Member Technology has kindly consented to the change in the Date of Seminar
NFPE Federal Secretariat will meet shortly to finalise all arrangements and the Programme of the Seminar
The venue of the Seminar will be "BAPU SAMAJ SEWA KENDRA " NEAR MEGHDOOT BHAWAN [Chief Postmaster General Office Delhi Circle] New Delhi - 110001.
For the convenience of distant Circles like Kerala - Tamilnadu - Andhra - Karnataka - Maharashtra - Orissa - West Bengal - Assam - North East - Bihar - Jharkhand - Eastern U.P - Chhattisgarh - Gurarat - J&K, accommodation for stay has been arranged at GARWAL BHAWAN very nearer to the Seminar Hall. This Place will be available from the morning of 21.11.2009.
The System Administrators coming from Circles nearer to Delhi like Haryana - Himachal - Punjab - Rajasthan - M.P - Western U.P - uttarakhand as well as from Delhi Circle are requested to arrange their journey in such a manner to reach directly in the SEMINAR HALL before 9.00 A.M on 21.11.2009. This is because accommodation for lodging is not made for these circles in and around Delhi who can reach Delhi in morning of 21st November and leave on the same night after the completion of the Seminar. Cooperation from the DELEGATES coming from these Circles is much requested.
A DELEGATE FEE WILL BE NECESSITATED TO MEET OUT THE EXPENDITURE OF THE SEMINAR - AFTER CALCULATION OF TOTAL EXPENDITURE DELEGATE FEE WILL BE FIXED BY THE NFPE FEDERAL SECRETARIAT
As already pointed out the end of November will be cold in Delhi and in North India - Delegates should travel with necessary winter clothes like sweaters. During the stay in the arranged place of accommodation in Delhi , beddings and rajoi will be supplied for the Delegates coming from the distant circles already mentioned.
FEDERAL SECRETARIAT WILL DISCUSS AND INVOLVE ALL THE CIRCLE UNIONS OF NFPE IN DELHI CIRCLE AND THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS IN DELHI CIRCLE WILL ALSO BE REQUESTED TO PLAY A PROMINENT ROLE IN THIS MATTER.
COMRADE SENTHIL KUMAR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR TAMILNADU CIRCLE HAS GONE AROUND THE CIRCLES AND HELD MEETINGS OF SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS WITH THE HELP OF CIRCLE UNIONS OF NFPE - HE WILL CONTACT LEADING SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS OF ALL CIRCLES AND ASCERTAIN THE EXACT NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS FROM EACH CIRCLE AND CO-ORDINATE WITH THE HEADQUARTERS.
Train Reservations for both to and for journey may be made well in advance to avoid un-reserved journey during winter
